The brief was to design and write a customer satisfaction questionnaire that the client could deploy to its global customers that was both robust and valid in design from a research perspective and utilised best practice methodology which would allow the client to gain maximum insight into levels of current customer satisfaction and perception of service delivery in addition to helping identify areas for improvement and inform the future customer strategy

Acted as technical advisor to support the client on designing and constructing an internal stakeholder survey to provide robust and statistically reliable insight upon which to inform the future strategy and deployment of their Lean Six Sigma implementation. The survey covered 5 international countries and languages.
