DMC Diamant Metallic Embroidery Thread Diamant™ is a single strand metallic thread that is extremely smooth so that it glides easily through nearly any fabric. Soft to the touch, it doesn’t twist or tangle, making Diamant the easiest metallic needlework thread to use for hand stitching. It gives excellent coverage. One strand of Diamant is equivalent to two strands of DMC Embroidery Floss, so it is ideal for embroidery, cross stitch, tatting, and quilting.
