I had purchased four different brands of tape dispensers to compare; Scotch DP300-RD, Tartan HB902, Scotch MMMDP300RD and Uxcell brand. I wanted to see which tape dispenser I liked the best. It was a tie between this dispenser and the Scotch MMMDP300RD. The Scotch has an extra flap on the top but have never used or needed it so far.The teeth are sharp and work well to cut the tape. I’m not sure how you would replace the teeth if needed – it looks like you would just pull them out with a pair of pliers. I’m not sure where you would buy replacement teeth either. However, it is exactly the same type of teeth mounting on the Scotch one as well. This tape dispenser is good simple quality construction that will last a very long time.
