First, our magical powders are known escape artists, so we apologize if you’ve got a mess on your hands. We are lucky to get some special handling of our orders in shipping, which shakes, jostles, and smooshes our packages. That means that you’ll find stray powders on the outside of products, which look like a ton of powder, but in fact, is usually just a small amount because our powders are so fine, they like to escape no matter what we do. Second, our powders do settle quite a bit in shipping, so make sure you shake the jar or bottle to fluff them up so you get more longevity out of them.
