Maybe like some people, if you’re doing 500 prints a day, these screens won’t hold up? I don’t know. But as a hobbyist screenprinter doing maybe 5 a week, these have been holding up and working out great for me.Note for other hobbyists on this yellow mesh – the emulsion process is weirder than the white/translucent mesh on the less-fine meshes (160 or lower). I don’t know how to describe it other than I thought I messed up my first one, but no, the image that burns in is just different than you’re used to. Also, rather than the 90s exposure I normally use on 160, I’ve been going with 2m30s exposures, and I still think that might not be long enough. If I remember I’ll try to update if going much longer exposure is worth it.
