We bought this to replace a recently purchase piece of junk ID scanner. This one is easy to install and works exactly as needed. We have had it for over three months now and it still works well. We are using it in our medical office and scanning 20-30 IDs per day with no issues. So far this is the best ID scanner that we have had and hope it will be the last one purchased for a long time. I cannot give a rating for tech support because we haven’t needed to contact them for any reason. [...]
