I was apprehensive on using a scrub version of shampoo as I worried the large crystals wouldn’t come out my hair. The exfoliate is surreal on my scalp and feels like a mini head massage. Not too abrasive. Feels like I’m waking my scalp up. The shampoo lathers up really well. You really don’t have to use much of the shampoo to build up a good lather. I have extra long hair and I only needed a small amount. Once rinsed my hair was squeaky clean. My hair looked and felt manageable and not fly away as it usually is after most shampoo products. I highly recommend spending a little bit more and purchasing this product
